Exchanges and Returns
For the purpose of this document ‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’ means Small Things Co PTY LTD ABN 34 627 972 712 trading as Lucky Things.
Change of mind returns
We will not provide a refund where you have changed your mind about products purchased. This includes quantity or over ordering of items.
Faulty item returns
Lucky Things will accept product returns and provide you with a store credit, refund, or replacement item where the product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality.
General Return Information
Items can be returned directly to PO Box 26, Brunswick West LPO, VIC 3055.
When returning a product, you will be asked for information that is relevant to your return, or to satisfy legislative requirements. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return.
Information collected will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time and may be used for the purposes of research and analysis and may be disclosed to Government departments upon request, where required or authorised by law.
Lucky Things reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing an exchange or refund. This may result in an exchange or refund being refused.

Proof of Purchase
Returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by the online Tax Invoice emailed to you at checkout.
Refund process
All refunds will be made to the original form of payment. After you’ve returned your product/s and your return is processed, it may take a further 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. This time may vary depending on your financial institution.
We will only refund the shipping fee if all products purchased by you at that time are faulty. This shipping fee is not refundable if all products purchased by you at the time you placed your order are not faulty.
